Returns and Cancellations
A straightforward return policy for eligible unused items.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned with packaging and order information.

Return process
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation before mailing any item back.
- Pack the item securely and include your order information.
- After inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
Non-returnable condition
Installed, used, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, or incomplete items may not qualify for a refund.
